The Future of Project Delivery: Why Progressive Design-Build Is Changing the Industry

David has more than 34 years of experience across municipal water and wastewater, federal, heavy civil, heavy industrial, commercial, institutional, and transportation markets. He works in collaborative project delivery including EPC, design-build, CMAR, P3, and progressive design-build. As National Construction Director for Burns & McDonnell’s Water Practice, he oversees the strategic growth and execution of water construction and collaborative delivery across the United States, and has led multidisciplinary teams managing over $1.5 billion in projects. He serves on the board of the Water Collaborative Delivery Association, where he is a recent past president, and is Board President of the DBIA Southwest Region as well as its Water Committee Chairman.
